Lyte

Lyte makes it easy for fans to return and receive tickets to sold out events. In an industry where a “no refunds and no cancellations” policy is the standard, Lyte allows fans to return their event tickets -- no questions asked -- to the official point of purchase. Lyte also provides a safe, official reservation booking system, offering fans a fair price for in-demand tickets.

building upon this community of trust, Lyte has announced an evolution of the platform which will help nonprofit organizations reach their fundraising goals through direct fan engagement. fans who use the Lyte fan-to-fan exchange to return tickets to a live event will have the option of donating a portion of their refund to social impact organizations.

level is supporting Lyte in executing this new vision, project managing all aspects from conception to completion. level has provided advising on the user experience and back end structure, as well as liaised with festivals and non-profit organizations on behalf of Lyte.

level consults with HeadCount on campaigns, and together, we broke new ground by taking three national non-profit organizations on the road with funk band Lettuce for their winter and fall tours. HeadCount, which registers voters and promotes democratic participation, organized all the non-profit activity in partnership with level.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Why?Hunger and HeadCount have on-site activations and volunteers at each concert, presenting action opportunities for fans. those who complete these actions are entered to win a prize or poster signed by the band each night.

in partnership with level and HeadCount, Lettuce is now bringing an interactive, pro-social experience to premier clubs and theatres across the country, a first for a nationally touring group. we are actively recruiting artists to join us in creating similar activations for their tours in 2020.

WinterWonderGrass

since its inception in Colorado in 2013, the 3-day, multi-resort winter festival has become synonymous with a fanatically-driven community who is committed to the lifestyle: best-in-class bluegrass, local and regional craft beer and the unparalleled ski and mountain culture.

WinterWonderGrass is committed to aligning with each local community, the artists and partners who share the focused commitment to sustainability, and philanthropic endeavors. the festival is proud to have made over $100K in contributions to local environmental groups, youth education programs, as well as local and global humanitarian causes. what’s more is that WinterWonderGrass can confidently say that at each festival location, it is diverting between 80-90% of garbage through a partnership with Waste-Free Earth out of Burlington, VT.

level joined forces with WinterWonderGrass in 2019 to support them in telling their story, streamline their external facing communications, connect with external media, and amplify their engagement with non-profit organizations.
